Put your Miami Pride into action: Miami alumni engagement opportunities

The Miami University Alumni Association is a diverse, all-inclusive organization. The Association constantly searches for opportunities to connect and serve its graduates. We encourage you to participate and share your time and talents.

Alumni Chapters

The grass roots programming arm of the MUAA is the ‘alumni chapter.’ Miami alumni volunteers have organized local alumni chapters in more than 50 cities around the world, keeping Miamians connected to one another and the University. Local chapters count on the involvement and initiative of their volunteers to define the level of their programming. More information is available on the Chapters page. If you are interested in getting involved with the chapter in your area, contact Emily LeFevers at bostiae@MiamiOH.edu or 513/529-1497.

Alumni Groups

Alumni Group programming supports efforts for group connectivity and event planning. Groups organize events that assist with developing relationships and strengthening alumni connections with Miami. Information is also available on the Groups page

Alumni Weekend Class and Group Reunion Committees

Miamians of all ages are encouraged to attend Alumni Weekend, especially those celebrating milestone (10, 25, and 50-year) class reunions and alumni group reunions. Your reunion is a meaningful event and an easy way to stay connected with Miami and your friends and classmates. Each year, alumni volunteers from reunion classes and alumni groups work with the Alumni Association to plan and execute reunions during Alumni Weekend.

If you would like more information on participating in the planning of your class or group reunion during Alumni Weekend, simply fill out this form or contact the Alumni Weekend Staff at AlumniWeekend@MiamiOH.edu or 513-529-8386.
