2023-2024 Chicago bus trips

ATTENTION CHICAGO TRAVELERS: The second stop (formerly the Hinsdale Oasis) has changed to the Oakbrook Center shopping mall PCC Stop at 433 Oakbrook Center, Oak Brook, IL 60523 (Center Parking Lot E - southwest corner of the center). All outbound departures will be from the Goggin Ice Center (610 S Oak St., Oxford, OH 45056), with pick-up on Oak Street. There will be two buses (each bus seats 55 individuals) with separate departures: one bus will depart at 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) and the second will depart at 5:30 p.m. ET. Both buses have a final destination of Kenosha, WI (McDonald's at 12214 75th St., Kenosha, WI, Exit 344 off I-94).

Terms of Purchases

• The Bus Trip is $200 per round trip ticket. Space is limited, so please purchase tickets as early as possible to assure a spot on the bus.
• Only round trip tickets are sold. No one-way tickets are sold.
• After your order is processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.
• Students riding the bus are responsible for getting to the bus on time. The buses will not wait for tardy passengers.
• Bus Trip tickets will be e-mailed (we use the e-mail address given at the time of purchase) 24-48 hours prior to the departure date.
• If trips are sold out, you can request to be added to the wait list by completing the wait list form (not yet available).
  
• There is a refund/cancellation policy for purchased bus tickets. Please see the Refund/Cancellation Policy section below.
• Students may store one piece of luggage under the bus and bring one small carry-on bag aboard that will fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat. Bicycles, baskets of laundry and other large items will not be transported.

Chicago Area Departure Information

ALL busses will leave the McDonald's (12214 75th Street, Kenosha, WI 53142) at Exit 344 off of I-94 at 11:30 am (Central Time) on all return trips to Oxford.  All return times to Oxford are estimates.  Please allow at least one half hour for each subsequent stop.  The busses will leave promptly at the times indicated, so we suggest arriving at your departure location 30 minutes early.  The busses will load on the south/east bound side of the Oases.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only given for pre-paid tickets by submitting a request using this form two weeks prior to the departure date. MUSF will return $150 to the purchaser upon the timely completion of a refund request form. A $50 administrative fee will be retained for each refunded ticket. If a refund request is not submitted by the deadline (see dates below), NO refund will be granted.

One Way Tickets

No one-way tickets will be sold.
