Helps the Miami University Foundation Board of Directors function efficiently and effectively. Its broad authority shall only be used as necessary and appropriate on matters that cannot or should not be delayed until the full Board’s next regularly scheduled meeting, or until a special meeting of the full Board should be called as specified in the Code of Regulations for the Miami University Foundation.
