What people are saying about Alumni Weekend 2009:
"The Miami Merger Moment was an awesome, beautiful, unforgettable experience and we thank all those involved in the planning and preparations. We love MU!!!!"
"Miami Reunions are FABULOUS. They treat their alums hugely and with style. The campus and grounds, as always, look beautiful and well manicured. Proud to be a Miami graduate."
"Very impressed with the planning that went into this reunion weekend. Miami University was, going back 50 years, and still is a wonderful place. Had loads of fun....Looking forward to next year, especially Hughes Society Luncheon."
"Tour of Culinary Support Center was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful; it was a highlight of our weekend."
"Love the Classes Without Quizzes. This was the first time I had attended, and enjoyed it very much."
"As an 'older' alum, let me say the golf carts were wonderful! The students driving them were great, too. They helped make Miami's huge campus manageable. We loved them! All the arrangements for the Class of '59 were just great."
"The Breakfast with the Hodges was very nice. It was great to get updates on what is happening at Miami University. Thank you for keeping prices down. We had some participants who just learned they were losing their jobs and others who were worried about their jobs. Being able to purchase some Miami shirts, etc. at the Welcome Center from previous reunions at discounted prices really helped! Since we were not a reunion year that was on 5 or 10 year schedule, there was no lunch scheduled for us. So, we went uptown for lunch and thus providing a great college experience. We had Classes Without Quizzes, skipped class, went uptown, had fun. It was what we always dreamed about in college..."
"This is my third Miami Alumni Weekend and I am always impressed with the organization of all events. I graduated in 1952 and we all plan to attend in 2012."
"I love all the different events you can attend. Next year I am going to do more!!"
